Description
- Capable of producing up to 21L/5.5 gal-31L/8.2 gal of ice cream per hour. It can consistently deliver 6 to 8 cups ice cream (each 80g) without interruption.
- Initial freeze time is just 14 minutes, with subsequent batches ready in 4 minutes or less, ensuring a continuous supply.

Instructions:
How To Start:- Fill one or both hoppers with ice cream mix BEFORE turning on the machine.
- Turn the machine on, press AUTO.
- If the machine does not turn on, check the breaker switch on the left side of the machine.
- Wait 20 to 30 minutes for the machine to cool down.
- Dispense ice cream.
- If the hoppers are empty, repeat the process, waiting 20-30 minutes for the machine to cool down again.
- Press the cleaning button.
- Dispense all the ice cream and make sure the hoppers are empty.
- Fill the hoppers with warm water and put 1 packet of the provided cleaning solution in each hopper.
- 4Stir to ensure the cleaning solution dissolves.
- Dispense the cleaning solution through the machine.
- Add clean water back to the hoppers.
- Dispense the clean water through the machine to ensure that all the cleaning solution has been flushed out of the lines.
